Broad-spectrum CBD products contain most cannabinoids, but not THC. Full-spectrum CBD products contain most cannabinoids, including trace amounts of THC.

THC, short for tetrahydrocannabinol, is the cannabinoid within cannabis plants that can make you high when taken in large amounts. In the UK, we’re allowed to have CBD products with up to 0.2% THC as it is such a miniscule amount and cannot make you high.
Obviously, if you were to drive when taking a lot of THC, that would impair your ability to drive as you would be intoxicated. However, can you drive when taking CBD products with trace amounts of THC?
CBD and Driving
Isolate, narrow-spectrum and broad-spectrum products do not contain any THC. Therefore, such CBD products cannot and will not impair your driving in any way. It is both safe and legal to drive.
Full-spectrum CBD products contain trace amounts of THC. However, as the amount of THC is so little, the CBD product is not psychoactive. You cannot get high. Therefore, it is absolutely fine to drive. Again, it is both safe and legal. There isn’t a single law in the UK that prohibits taking CBD and driving.
