How to Use Full Spectrum EasyDose CBD Oil 75mg:
Firstly drop the desired/recommended amount of the Oil under the tongue for as long as possible. This allows for the oil to dissolve into the bloodstream. Swallowing the oil straight away will reduce the bioavailability of the cannabinoids. It takes around an hour for CBD to enter our bloodstream when we ingest it, so allowing it time to absorb under your tongue will have it in your system within 15 minutes.
