What is the difference between regular and full spectrum CBD oil? A regular broad spectrum CBD Oil doesn’t contain any THC whereas a full spectrum contains the whole plant including 0.2% THC. Therefore it is more effective to take the whole plant. A broad spectrum you would need to take a higher dose to get the same effect.

How To Use The Excite for Life CBD Oil
Put the required amount of Full Spectrum CBD Oil 600mg, 1200mg or 2400mg under the tongue and allow to absorb for a minute before swallowing.
If you are new to CBD, then you are best off starting on the lowest strength. We suggest starting on 10mg a day and this can be taken in two separate 5mg doses in the morning and afternoon.
600mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil
1/4 of a pipette is 5mg – 6 drops.
Take 1/4 of a pipette in the morning then again late afternoon.
After several days, if you feel it necessary, you can increase to 1/2 of a pipette twice a day which would give you 20mg a day – 12 drops.

1200mg Full Spectrum Oil
If you have been taking 20mg a day or more, you may find it easier to get the next strength of 1200mg.
1/2 of a pipette is 20mg – 12 drops.
Start with 1/2 pipette in the morning and then again in the afternoon, which would give you 40mg a day.
2400mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil
If you have been taking 40mg or more a day, you can move up to the highest strength.
1/4 pipette holds 20mg and 1/2 pipette holds 40mg.
You could take 1/2 pipette in the morning and 1/2 in the evening, which give you a total of 80mg a day.
