How To Use Full Spectrum CBD Capsules – 300mg & 750mg:
For first time users we suggest starting on the lowest strength of the CBD Capsules Full Spectrum – 300mg & 750mg , which is the 300mg packet, which has 30 x 10mg capsules.

If after several days you feel you would like a stronger effect you can increase to 2 capsules a day. We would suggest taking these 2 capsules at separate times eg 1 capsule morning 1 capsule late afternoon.
You cannot overdose on CBD so its just increasing the amount until you reach your CBD Sweetspot.
If you found that you were taking more than 2 capsules a day at this point you could move to the next strength. The next strength is 750mg which is 30 x 25mg.
