There is no one size fits all with CBD because we all have different lifestyles and current states of health. Therefore we all need different amounts.

We always suggest to start on a low dosage and increase gradually over time as necessary.

We recommend starting on around 10mg a day. After 7 days if you feel it necessary you can double the amount you are taking.
