Strengths & Dosage
When we first start using CBD it is always best to start on a small amount and increase gradually if necessary. Therefore we suggest as an adult starting on 10mg a day and for children 5mg a day.
After several days if you feel it necessary you can then double the amount to 20mg a day for adults or 10mg a day for children. Its only you that will know how much you need by listening to your body and adjusting accordingly.
