How To Use Excite For Life Full Spectrum CBD Oil
500mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Instructions
1/3 pipette holds 5mg
I always suggest starting on 10mg a day and increasing gradually if necessary.
To start you would put 1/3 pipette (5mg) under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds. This can be done twice a day which would give you 10mg in total.
After several days if necessary you can increase to 20mg a day.
To get 20mg a day you would have 2/3 pipette morning and 2/3 pipette afternoon. This would give you two servings of 10mg equalling 20mg a day.
1000mg Full Spectrum CBD Oil Instructions
1/3 pipette holds 10mg
If you have already started your CBD Journey and are taking more than 10mg a day you may find it easier to move up to the next strength.
To start you would have 20mg a day which can be taken in two servings. 1/3 pipette morning and then 1/3 pipette afternoon would give you two servings equalling 20mg.
Again after several days if you feel it necessary you can increase the amount to 2/3 pipette twice a day giving you a total of 40mg per day.
