Stomach Shredder Smoothie

Get rid of that stubborn stomach fat with this alkalizing, metabolism boosting, tasty smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 Scoop Spinach
  • 1 Scoop Wheatgrass
  • 2 Kiwis 
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • Fresh Mint to taste 
  • 500 ml water 
  • 2 Ice cubes to cool 

Add each ingredient into a blender and whizz it up 

Best served after being chilled in the fridge.
