We ship all orders with Myhermes Tracked which is a flat rate of £3.50.
Once you place an order with us you will receive an email from MyHermes with your tracking details. If you have not received this please check your spam folder as sometimes the email can go there.
Usually deliveries in the UK will take between 2-5 days depending on where you are in the country.
If you notice that your parcel has not moved for a few days please let us know and we will contact hermes for you to see where it is.
98% of deliveries are received safely and quickly however sometimes they can get lost and if this is the case we will be more than happy to replace your items.
There is no indication on the outside packaging what is contained inside or which company it has been sent from. We are conscious of the environment and therefore always try to use either biodegradable bubblewrap or we will reuse supplier packaging.
We send all parcels in cardboard boxes and seal them with tape so they can not be tampered with.
We ask if possible for you to recycle the packaging your items arrive in.
We ship all international orders with Royal Mail Tracked Service at a flatrate cost of £12.50.
Once you place an order you will receive an email with your tracking code so you can see the parcels journey.
Unfortunetly we are unable to keep up to date with the ever changing legislation around CBD in each state of each country. Therefore we are unable to offer refunds on items that have been seized by customs.
We have put in place a number of tactics to ensure the safe arrival which are
- no indication on outside packaging which company has sent the parcel.
- customs label is marked as face serum or cod liver oil capsules
- Contents inside will have their original labels removed and replaced with a new label called face serum or cod liver oil capsules. If customs open the parcel they will have no need to seize it as these products are allowed.
- Customs label will be a value less than £15GBP This is so that you don’t incur further customs charges on delivery.
Since implementing these changes with all international shipments we have had a 100% success rate.
